A woman with a blissful expression throws herself into the arms of a rather befuddled looking man as an old man lifts up her robes for a better view of the action. We see a tea serving tray lower left and a candle lower right, and unidentified containers upper right. Preparatory drawing in sumi on thin paper. It is also possible that this is a scene with a female impersonating actor, but it is very difficult to tell without the complete sheet.
