This series has illustrations of 27 or so popular stories on drama and violence, each told by different story tellers. The names of story tellers are mentioned in the red cartouches following the series title. Kanagaki Rôbun retold them in the texts. Here the Korean General Masagi plays go. Sato Masakiyo who stands behind the curtain, holding his sword, advised the general who won. Story teller was Hôgyûsha Tôrin.
