Kameido’s park had an arbor with wisteria that was famous for its beauty. During its blooming time it was one of the most popular enjoyments for visitors. Here Otsuyu, a geisha in Yanagibashi, hangs on to one of the poles of the arbor by the pond and seems to feed ducks a biscuit. From the series “The Pride of Tokyo’s Twelve Months”.
