This humerous print is divided into two scenes; below, a giant temple guardian has come to life, while a man with a box camera atop scaffolding captures the scene. The scene above seems to be a Chinese scholar plucking an instrument (biwa?) while a dog does a dance. From the series “Tokyo Kaika Meishô” (Famous Places of Civilization in Tokyo), this is Asakusa, Tsukuba.

Condition: Very good impression, color and condition. Unbacked, with large margins.
