“American editor is greatly surprised at Japanese sharp-shooter as he hits Kuilencheng [sic], Hoojo, Kiuchow, Motienuig, Haicheng and next Liaoyang.” A stockingfooted seated Russian editor and his wife watch a Japanese soldier take aim at structure after structure in a shooting gallery, presumably cities that have been taken in the Russo-Japanese war.
