A basket with carefully arranged flowers is contrasted against a deep blue-black background. Flowers include what seem to be ranunculus, magnolia, narcissus and a cherry blossom branch. This work has the round Watanabe seal that was used after WWII until the 1950s. Shoson was Koson’s artist name when working with the publisher Watanabe.
