A young courtesan crosses the Chôbu Jewel River. She seems almost shy as she makes her way across the wooden bridge, its texture seeming to mimic western engraving. Probably from the first, private edition, as this lacks a publisher’s mark. From the series “Furyu seiro bijin mu tamagawa”. Rare.
