Lum’s undisputed masterwork, and her only view of California. Green trees and shrubs cling to the top of a rocky cliff on Point Lobos. Everything is abstracted yet at the same time representational. With beautiful woodgrain in the sky. According to Gravalos/Pulin, Lum was strongly inspired by landscape works by Hiroshige. From a limited edition of 100 prints. Gravalos notes “The tree and rocks display the beauty of their adversity to the elements.” (page 23)
Condition: Excellent impression and color. Very good condition. Minor scratch and two areas of thinning.
