Kiyomori suffers terrible visions of the karmic effects of his evil deeds during the fever leading up to his death. Appearing to him is Ema, the King of Hell, and his henchmen. At his side is is wife Niidono praying for him, along with his son. Although this work is sold, we have another very good example in 2017.
