From the series “New Selection of Eastern Brocade Pictures”, this is Gishi Youchi no zu. A man throws a brazier at a sword-wielding assailant, the ashes scattering in a fine cloud. By his outfit we can surmise that the sword-wielder is one of the 47 Ronin, as well as by the title, which refers to their famous night attack. First edition, with 3-color cartouche.
