Kusunoki Masashige Sakuraieki ni isshi Masatsura ni ikun shite ketsubetsu suru no zu). A scene of the warrior Kusunoki Masashige (1294-1336) entrusting the fight against Ashikaga no Takauji to one of his sons, Masatsura (1326-48) and parting at the Sakurai Station. Masashige served Emperor Godaigo successfully and became a protector of Kawachi Province. However Masashige failed to fight against Ashikaga-no-Takauji’s uproar and entrusted his eldest son, Masatsura to lead his clan to bring a victory. Masashige sits on the chest in front of a large curtain with his family crest, a chrysanthemum.
