The Ghosts of the Taira Attack Yoshitsune in Daimotsu Bay. Famous design of the ghosts of slain Taira warriors rising up and creating a storm to try and sink Yoshitsune’s ship. In a play written about the incident, the faithful monk Benkei comes to the rescue by offering prayers, which causes the storm to abate.
