The sandy peninsula depicted in this print is the “Path in the Middle of the Sea” (Umi no nakamichi) with the village Akozaki to the left and the torii gate of the Hakozaki Shrine at bottom right. To the right of the peninsula is Hakata Bay. This is an early impression, with extensive woodgrain evident in the top and bottom areas of the sea and mica in the sky.

Condition: Excellent impression, color and condition.
