Four life-sized cats arrange themselves with feline liquidity and grace, filling the sheet. Saito remembered “During my time in Kamakura, some people I knew had lots of cats. On one occasion that I visited, they were all standing in in line together. In that instant I came up with the “Cats” composition (Saito Kiyoshi: Graphic Awakening”, Cat 109, page 171.) Signed, titled and numbered by the artist 67/80. With areas of sparkling mica. Scarce.

Condition: Excellent impression, color and condition. No toning or mat burn.
