An optimistic, even festive view from Yushima Tenjin Shrine, overlooking Benten Shrine in the middle of Shinobazu Pond. The weather has cleared after a snowfall, as visitors climb the steps leading to the top of the shrine, whose entrance lies to the left through the stone torii. Even the first edition of this work has a yellow signature cartouche, which is unusual for this series.
