A lone straw-caped figure makes his along a peninsula during a heavy snowstorm. His only company are snow-laden pine trees and a small boat. The surrounding sea is a beautiful green-blue hue. The figure seems to carry a fishing pole in this timeless view that shows no signs of the 20th century. First edition, with the round Watanabe seal of this postwar period in the lower right corner. 

Condition: Very good impression, color and condition. Tape remnants in upper corners, verso, one of which shows through somewhat  to the front.
