Net fishing in summer at Jibiki. Charming summer scene of a beach in summer. Men in loincloths are joined by a couple who help them pull in a fishing net as a family walks by. The cove is pleasant and we see a group of sailboats with white sails heading out into the bay. Raizan is the artist name for a painter, graphic artist and block carver, who also apparently carved the blocks himself for this work. He added his formal name in Romaji lower left “Y. Kawatsura”. His prints are quite scarce.

Condition: Excellent impression, color and condition. Untrimmed.
