Doguya Mukôjima Jinzô. The actor Arashi Kichisaburô III as Jinzo. He unrolls a scroll painting that shows a carp fighting its way up a waterfall. He wears a jaunty headscarf and his gaze is the apogee of drama. The restaurant is the Dogu-ya Restuarant at Mukôjima Jube. This series shows bust portraits of kabuki actors in character with related restaurants in the background. The cartouche is bordered with objects that are relevant to each play.
Condition: Excellent impression, color and condition. Unfaded, untrimmed and unbacked, with added mica in the sky.
