Narazaki describes this print “A man is dressed in a full-length coat and holds an umbrella as he walks across newly fallen snow. The vermilion-lacquered corridor of the Tennô Temple stands somewhat apart, the Kindo [main hall] superimposed over the five-storeyed pagoda. Both hall and pagoda tower against the cold, snowy sky. The three layers of bokashi are skillfully executed and  are effective in contributing to the mood of the work.” With the earliest Watanabe seal for this work.
