Grapes and Apples (Budô to ringo.) Bright and cheerful still life depicting ripe apples and shiny green grapes against a soft pinkish background. Hasui designed very few still life works, as he was a master of landscape scenery. Dated lower left “Shôwa jûgonen saku”.
