Hasui wrote: “A depiction of the Inokashira Park in early spring. I was interested in aspects such as the harmony of the trailing clouds against the light purple sky, the placid blue water, the withering ochre-colored reeds and the patches of lingering snow along the edge of a pond surrounded by cedars.”

Condition: Excellent impression and color. Very good condition. Some toning to areas of the paper.
