A woman is seen from behind, focused on getting ready for her day. She is reaching up to gather her hair to insert a comb. She wears an undergarment, the nagajuban, that would be worn beneath her kimono. This one is made with the shibori (tie-dye) technique in a soft orange-yellow. The contrasting bold black of her belt create a balance with the deep black of her hair, and the background is done in a soft mica. With a limited edition seal verso , numbered in Japanese out of an edition of 200.
